Dale Caldwell formed and operated Caldwell Stone Co. Inc., a successful rock quarry operation in Lenoir, NC from 1979-1998, at which time he sold out to a larger company. With extensive experience in drilling and blasting as it related to running his quarry, he put that knowledge to good use by then starting Caldwell Drilling & Blasting Co., Inc. – serving customers all over the southeast. Dale grew the business over time and added some of the best and most experienced drillers and blasters to the team to help serve customers. Dale sold the business but is still involved to help as a consultant from time to time and his team has continued to grow as the business and serve customers all over the southeast.
